Robin Martin

Senior Vice President of People

Robin Martin serves as the Senior Vice President of People at the National Wildlife Federation, leading the organization’s people operations and human resources. She is dedicated to saving our planet and improving the employee experience by creating transformative cultures.

Martin has decades of experience advising and collaborating with individuals and teams to help create employee-centric working environments. She has developed and led the people function at small, mid-sized and large organizations and has significant experience in strategic planning and organizational development. She previously served in several leadership positions with the National Ecological Observatory Network, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and Big Green.

A proud alumna of the University of Virginia, Martin holds dual professional certifications in compensation and benefits from World at Work and is also a certified organizational development practitioner. Martin was raised in Philadelphia and, since 2009, has enjoyed living on and hiking the front range of Colorado with her human and canine family.
