Angie Rosser is the Vice President for One Federation at the National Wildlife Federation, where she is responsible for deepening the partnerships with NWF’s State and Territorial Affiliates, expanding the force-multiplier impact of the Federation to meet the outcomes in its strategic plan.
Previously, Angie served twelve years as the executive director of NWF’s West Virginia Affiliate, West Virginia Rivers Coalition, bringing experience in leading a State Affiliate in all aspects of organizational growth and operations, program development, government affairs, and coalition building.
Her early career set her on a path in working toward social justice, and brought into focus the clear connections between thriving wildlife and quality of life for all people. Her enthusiasm around her role in implementing “One Federation” is based in her belief that the power of the Federation model is what sets NWF apart in affecting change that’s good for wildlife and communities.
Angie holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina, and a MA in Organizational Communications from West Virginia University. She lives along the banks of the Elk River in West Virginia where she enjoys boating, swimming, hiking, dancing, and communing with the rivers, mountains, and wildlife of Central Appalachia.
