Adopt Wildlife

Trees are essential wildlife habitat for many species. Trees provide food, water, cover, and places to raise young and a single tree is a micro-ecosystem of the larger environment. Symbolically adopting wildlife is a great way to learn about wildlife and create habitat. Every adoption kit donation helps fund the planting of trees, which creates habitat, prevents soil erosion, and increases canopy coverage for communities.

Corporate Events and Sponsorship

Looking to offset your corporation’s carbon footprint? Interested in beautifying your community? Looking for employee volunteer opportunities? Trees for Wildlife™ is a great way that corporations can support the National Wildlife Federation, their community, and a healthy environment. The National Wildlife Federation’s Trees for Wildlife™ program is a scalable program that can partner with your corporation for tree planting opportunities. We can work with corporations in multiple ways:

  • Corporations can sponsor tree plantings by donating to Trees for Wildlife™ Tree Bank that assures tree plantings and growth in the continental United States.
  • Corporations can create tree planting events in their local communities or on their corporate grounds with the support of National Wildlife Federation volunteers and staff and create opportunities for employee volunteerism.
  • Corporations can create retail activation programs using Trees for Wildlife™ as a way to entice customers to purchase.
