Resilient Schools and Communities (RiSC)

The National Wildlife Federation's Resilient Schools and Communities (RiSC) program engages students in frontline communities in understanding climate impacts and the underlying systemic racism that has aggravated those impacts.

This campaign aims to educate youth and schools about climate science, climate impact, climate justice, and the natural and built solutions that increase climate resiliency. Find a series of action cards that range from a climate vulnerabilty assessment and listening to the community, to identifying mitigation and adaptation solutions. Participate to earn your Resilient Schools and Communities badge for 2025!
