Protect the world’s largest wild sockeye salmon run from the toxic Pebble Mine

Last year, over 62 million sockeye salmon returned to Bristol Bay, Alaska—home to the largest sockeye salmon run in the world. It is simply the wrong place for any mine to be built. Yet that is exactly what is being proposed with the Pebble Mine, a massive open-pit gold and copper mine in the heart of Bristol Bay’s watershed. Save the largest wild sockeye salmon run in the world: Tell the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to stop Pebble Mine.

Ensure Hunting and Fishing Access for Generations

The Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) provides critical hunting and fishing access across America, from opening up landlocked public lands in western big game habitat to opening boat launches for access to eastern lakes for freshwater fishing. Don’t let Congress rob future generations of public hunting and fishing access: Tell them it’s time for mandatory full funding for the LWCF.
